One of my favorite songs right now is a new one from MercyMe called “Flawless.” The song tells us that no matter what scars, bumps, bruises, and pain we have, the cross of Christ has made us flawless. Can that be right? I’ll be honest, there aren’t very many days that I feel flawless – none to be exact. If being flawless means that I’m perfect and don’t make mistakes or that I’m better than everyone else around me, than this song is a lie. I fall very short of being flawless.

Just a follow-up to my last post, here is Jacob getting baptized Sunday morning.
While we were on our mission trip to Jamaica, one of our team members brought along a “drone” with a GoPro camera attached to take some aerial video footage. He also brought some other cameras to capture a lot of what was going on during the trip. The other team members got to see the final product last night as we presented to the church about our trip. It blew me away – what talent this guy has for video and artistry! Seeing this video makes me want to hop on a plane and go back down there today. I hope you enjoy it. ALL of this video was shot by my friend during our trip.
