Let me tell you about my day so far. For some reason, I woke up before the alarm clock went off and could not go back to sleep. I hate when that happens because I feel tired the rest of the day and that makes me grumpy. I got in the shower and realized halfway through that someone had used the last of the shampoo so I had nothing to wash my hair with. I got dressed and went downstairs to breakfast, irritated about all the clutter in the kitchen. When I went to get the milk for my cereal, I realized it had expired yesterday and no one had bothered to buy any more. On top of that, the internet wasn’t working for some reason, so I couldn’t check to see what insane political stuff people had posted on Facebook. (Man, those people need to be set straight – they are so stupid!) I got Jacob ready for school and out the door, which is similar to rolling a two ton boulder up a mountain, and had to deal with all those other crazy parents who apparently don’t know how to navigate the car drop-off lane at the school. Some guy cut me off in traffic and I seemed to hit every stoplight red on my way to work. It’s going to be “one of those days.”
